All our orders leave daily, from Monday to Friday, at 1:00 p.m. Our average delivery times are 48 hours from the time it leaves the central office, sometimes 24 hours on the peninsula. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification from the corresponding courier company providing you with information about the delivery.

You can make changes and / or returns on our website without problem. The return period in our online store is 8 days from receipt of the order. You must send us your order in the same conditions that it was delivered. You can use to send it to us the means you consider to the following address:

Once we receive the glasses that you want to change or return and we see that they are in perfect condition, if your request is a return we will make the payment automatically using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. In case of change, we assume the cost of the new shipment so that you can enjoy your new Goodbye, Rita.

Our ready-to-use prescription glasses are for eyestrain / presbyopia. They range from 1 to 3.5. If your graduation need is another, you should take the frame that you like in the UNGRADUATED lens and take it to any optician to have them graduated. If the model you like is not available in non-prescription lens because it is out of stock, keep in mind that they will change the lens in the optician, so don't worry about taking it with prescription. 🤓
Yes, all our frames can be graduated. However, remember that you can make changes and/or returns on our website without any problem.
